Beginners – Learn the fundamentals of Pilates using the Reformer machine. This class focuses on core strength, posture, and controlled movement in a supportive environment. Perfect for beginners—no experience needed!
Mixed – You’ve attended at least several beginner classes and have a good understanding of Pilates fundamentals. Balance, co-ordination and control are required.
Level 1/2 – When ready to progress (you’ve attended several beginner classes and understand Pilates fundamentals) take it to the next level, with our Level 1 & 2 Reformer class. Ready for a challenge? These classes introduce progression of more advanced reformer Pilates movements, resistance and spring weight, to build strength, flexibility, and control.
Jumpboard – A fast paced cardio class. High energy class, guaranteed to get the heart rate up. Fun and fast with music to match! NOT suitable for ankle or foot injuries, or pregnancy.
